St. Gabriel’s System is a United Way Donor Choice Agency and is listed as a Community Impact Partner which means that the System has been awarded funds through United Way’s Investing in Results funding process. In return we are obligated to:

• Submit at least semi-annual outcomes reports, which are reviewed and evaluated by United Way staff.
• Submit annual audits, reviewed by a volunteer committee comprised of CPS’s as well as by United Way staff.
• Submit evidence of best practices such as strategic plans, board minutes, conflict of interest policies, and executive director annual evaluations, reviewed by United Way staff.
• Have certified that they have received Internal Revenue Code section 501(c)3 tax exempt status, are in compliance with the USA Patriot Act and provide human health or social services.
